BIM Information Management

making complexity manageable.

Information management as
a digital interface

To enable smooth collaboration without any media breaks, and seamless sharing of information throughout a BIM project, the sender and the receiver of the information (or data) must agree about the scope, cost, planning as well as time of delivery. Companies must have rapid and controlled access to selected data since information sharing is the basis of an efficient project and optimised project processes. BIM information management serves as the digital interface for information requests, providing an effective hub for open data sharing

between the sender and receiver. What is more, this BIM method can serve as a contractual basis for information deliveries, such as the provision of planning and construction data for operational purposes or for data sharing in the context of operational processes, for example when taking stock to determine the current status, or in tendering and awarding processes.

Everything revolves around collaboration

We represent the builder-owner by overseeing, preparing, planning and managing the BIM-based processes, from the project development stage through to successful hand-over for subsequent operation. Monitoring the interfaces between all project stakeholders is one of the key aspects of our portfolio of services. It enables us to make sure that the defined project standards and project goals are met.

Our primary goal as BIM managers is to ensure stable, well-coordinated processes across all project stages and stakeholders. This allows potential weaknesses and collisions in workflows involving several disciplines or trades to be detected, identified and addressed at an early time. Our approach ensures transparent, quality-assured, collaborative and efficient implementation of the BIM method according to the BIM guidelines and technology standards.

Proactive. Disruptive. Progressive. Collaborative. Digital.

BIM is the digital key that unlocks all relevant data and information to mitigate the risk of costly defects related to planning, construction and safety while creating the best possible environment for successful operation of a building. Proactive. Disruptive. Progressive. Collaborative. Digital. Five concepts that define the way we work.
