Je früher wir in das Bauvorhaben einbezogen werden, desto umfangreicher agieren wir für unsere Auftraggeber. Wie definieren diesen frühen Zeitpunkt als Phase 0.

Zusammen mit unserem Auftraggeber analysieren wir das geplante Bauvorhaben im Hinblick auf die spätere Nutzung und definieren die Chancen und Risiken, die wir stetig im Projekt verfolgen. Für die spätere Nutzung zu identifizieren – getreu unserem Credo „with the end in mind“. Dieser wichtige Teil des BIM-Prozesses definiert die präzisen Vorgaben und Anforderungen für die Planung und Realisierung, wodurch wir die Immobilie optimal auf ihren Betrieb ausrichten.

Anhand virtueller Modelle werden die Betriebsszenarien simuliert, um exakte Vorgaben und Anforderungen für die Verträge mit den Planern zu bestimmen. So stellen wir sicher, dass die Planung und ausführende Realisierung mit den Nutzungsvorstellungen des Bauherren übereinstimmen. Gleichzeitig schaffen virtuelle Modelle eine einheitliche Sprache, über die alle Projektbeteiligten miteinander kommunizieren – transparent, qualitätssichernd, kollaborativ und effizient.

There is no BIM in operation? But there is! At the Jewish Hospital (Jüdisches Krankenhaus) in Berlin. Yesterday, numerous clients were able to convince themselves of this and we invited them to a presentation.
